Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at touchedseoul@gmail.com.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared and dispatched. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be included.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Orders are currently dispatched from the United Kingdom.
Do you offer free UK shipping?
Yes. Free UK shipping is available on orders over £45.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability, delivery times and costs may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout where available.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed beauty products cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, removed or compromised.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us at touchedseoul@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item.
We will help resolve the issue.
Lashes
How long can the lashes last?
Wear time can vary depending on application, aftercare and individual habits. Our DIY lash clusters are designed for extended wear, with some styles suitable for up to 7–14 days when applied and cared for correctly.
Can I reuse the lash clusters?
This depends on the condition of the lashes after removal. If the lash clusters remain clean and undamaged, they may be suitable for reuse.
Always remove them gently and avoid pulling or damaging the lash fibres.
How do I remove the lashes?
Use the Touched Seoul Lash Remover to gently loosen the bond before removing the lash clusters.
Do not pull the lashes off while the bond is still secure.
Are the lashes lightweight?
Yes. Our lash clusters are designed to feel soft and lightweight while creating a defined, natural-looking finish.

How do I apply the nail stickers?
Apply the stickers to clean, dry nails and press them down firmly for the best adhesion.

For the best results, make sure your nails are clean and free from oil before application.
Can I remove the nail stickers at home?
Yes. Remove them gently and follow the removal instructions provided with your product.
Avoid forcefully peeling products from the natural nail.
