Cleaning and reuse guidance can live here and stay current even after your printed Diary is finished.
01 · Prepare
Remove makeup, skincare and oil from lashes and the eye area.
Let natural lashes dry completely before applying Bond.
Choose your lengths and arrange them in order before you begin.
Two tools · one finish
Pick up each cluster at the base and position it beneath the natural lashes.
Press the natural lashes and cluster bases together for a close, comfortable bond.
02 · Bond
Coat a micro-layer beneath the natural lashes, concentrating only where the cluster bases will sit.
Remove excess Bond from the brush. Apply one thin, even layer at the base of your natural lashes. One light pass is enough to start.
Work one eye at a time. Wait approximately 30–60 seconds, or until the Bond feels tacky rather than wet, before placing clusters.
03 · Place
Start with the Everyday Edit. Choose one map and follow it exactly for your first set.
Edit 02
Once your Everyday Edit is in place, use the second layer only where you want to refine the shape.
Add a shorter cluster for a softer, cleaner start.
Bridge a sudden jump in length for a more natural flow.
Add one longer cluster toward the outer eye for a lifted finish.
Add one cluster only where the lash line needs it.
04 · Finish
Press at the base. Hold for 3–5 seconds. Use gentle, even pressure only where the natural lashes and cluster bases meet.
Look down. Blink. Every base should sit flat with no lifting or twisting. Nothing should touch the skin or waterline.
Apply one light layer only where Bond and cluster bases meet. Never brush Seal through the full lash length.
05 · Wear notes
A little care makes a big difference to your wear.
Keep the lash line completely dry. Avoid water, steam, swimming, heavy sweating and oil around the bases.
Avoid oil cleansers, cleansing balms and oily eye products directly around the bonded area.
Do not rub, pull, twist or repeatedly touch your lashes.
After 24 hours, avoid strong shower pressure, very hot water and steam.
Avoid pressing the lash line directly into your pillow.
If a base feels lifted, make sure lashes are clean and dry, then gently re-fuse for 3–5 seconds before adding more Bond.
When something feels off
Most problems need one small correction — not a full restart.
Make sure natural lashes are completely clean and dry. Use less Bond and wait for tack. Don’t fix slipping by adding more Bond.
Re-fuse before you re-bond. If fully loose, remove only that cluster, add a tiny amount of fresh Bond, wait for tack, then replace.
Apply one very light touch of Seal only where the cluster bases meet your natural lashes.
A correctly placed cluster should not pinch, poke or touch skin. Remove it and replace it approximately 1 mm from the waterline.
Go one step shorter — 14 → 12 mm or 12 → 10 mm — or reduce density one cluster at a time.
06 · Remove
Coat the bonded area generously with Remover, reaching both the top and underside of the bases.
Give the Remover time to break down the Bond. Test one outer cluster gently.
Gently slide each cluster away. If you feel resistance, stop, add more Remover and wait again.
Reapply Remover to remaining Bond and let it soften before gently cleaning it away. Never scrape or pick dried Bond.
